At Gundersen Health Plan (GHP), we continuously monitor and evaluate the availability of care and services provided in our network. Our ongoing assessment of the Health Plan’s geographic region allows us to ensure we have adequate services throughout the network.

Provider Portal

The Provider Portal allows providers to check eligibility and claim status as well as view explanation of payment (EOP) statements online. The portal is also a tool providers use for updates required by GHP, such as the quarterly CMS verification updates for the directory listings and annual Facility Operations Form updates.

  • If the member's number begins with 70, 80, or 90, login here
  • If the member's number begins with 713 or 714, login here.
