Swing Into Shape exercise videos

These safe and effective videos teach gentle movements to improve range of motion, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance. The program, designed by a clinical exercise physiologist, is geared toward the older adult, anyone who is deconditioned or someone who is looking for a basic program. Access and try the videos below!
